1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the House of Essenzi Creative Engine (the "Service") and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to all content you submit, upload, or generate, and to all activity under your account.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to create, submit, upload, store, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity;
- infringes any intellectual property, trademark, publicity, privacy, or moral right of another;
- contains another person's confidential information, personal data, or trade secrets that you are not authorised to use;
- is defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory;
- is obscene, sexually exploitative (in particular any content involving minors), or otherwise harmful;
- contains malware, or is designed to interfere with or compromise the Service or any system; or
- impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or otherwise abuse the AI models or the underlying technology, including via prompt injection, jailbreaking, or extraction of training data or model weights;
- use the Service to develop a competing product, or to train or fine-tune any other AI model;
- scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect content about third parties (including via the DNA Extractor) where you do not have the right to do so, or in violation of any platform's terms of service or applicable law;
- submit URLs, handles, or content you are not authorised to submit for analysis;
- use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead, or to produce unlawful synthetic or deceptive media;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or authentication features, rate limits, or usage allowances;
- access the Service through automated means (bots, scripts) except via any API we expressly provide; or
- resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without our written permission.
4. Rate Limits & Fair Use
The Service applies rate limits and usage allowances to protect availability and prevent abuse. You must not attempt to bypass, overload, or otherwise abuse these controls. We may throttle, suspend, or restrict usage that we reasonably consider excessive, abusive, or harmful to the Service or other users.
5. Responsibility for AI Outputs
You are responsible for how you use any output generated by the Service. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or not unique, and you must review them and clear any third-party rights before use. See the AI disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
6. Consequences of Violation
If you breach this AUP, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate:
- remove or disable access to offending content;
- issue a warning, throttle, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the Service;
- report the matter to law enforcement or other authorities; and
- take any other action available to us at law or under our Terms of Service.
We may act with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
